By accessing the Site, submitting an inquiry, requesting a quote, or booking a Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our Services.

Dubai Paint is a Dubai-based painting and home-services company offering residential and commercial painting, wall and floor finishes, plumbing, wallpaper installation, epoxy flooring, kitchen renovation, and related services. 2. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

3. Quotes and Estimates

Quotes provided through the Site, WhatsApp, phone, or in person are estimates based on the information you provide (surface area, condition, materials requested, and access). Final pricing may vary following an on-site inspection, discovery of pre-existing damage, changes to scope, or client-requested material upgrades. We will notify you of any material change in price before proceeding with additional work.

4. Booking, Scheduling, and Site Access

• Bookings are confirmed once a start date and scope of work are agreed upon.
• You are responsible for providing safe, timely access to the property and for disclosing any known hazards (e.g., structural issues, electrical faults, asbestos) prior to work commencing.
• You should remove or secure furniture, fixtures, and valuables from work areas unless otherwise agreed. We take reasonable precautions but are not responsible for items not properly secured or disclosed.
• Delays caused by restricted access, incomplete preparation by the client, weather (for exterior work), or events outside our reasonable control may extend the project timeline.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment terms (deposit, milestone payments, or full payment on completion) will be confirmed at the time of booking or in your service agreement/invoice.
• Accepted payment methods will be specified on your invoice.
• Outstanding balances may be subject to a reasonable late payment charge and may result in a pause of ongoing or future work until settled.
• All prices are quoted in AED unless stated otherwise and are inclusive of applicable UAE VAT unless specified.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• You may cancel or reschedule a booking by contacting us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date.
• Cancellations made with less notice, or after materials have been purchased or work has commenced, may be subject to a cancellation fee covering materials, labor scheduling, and administrative costs.
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., staff availability, weather, or supply issues) and will notify you as soon as possible.

7. Workmanship and Warranty

• We use quality materials and industry-standard techniques to complete all work to a professional finish.
• Where a workmanship warranty is offered on a specific service, its duration and coverage will be stated in your invoice or service agreement.
• Warranties do not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, improper maintenance, structural movement, water damage unrelated to our work, or alterations made by third parties after project completion.
• Manufacturer warranties on paint and materials are governed by the respective manufacturer’s terms and are passed through to you where applicable.

8. Client Responsibilities

To help us deliver the agreed results, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the property and project scope
• Grant safe and timely access to the work areas
• Disclose known defects, hazards, or special requirements in advance
• Review and approve color, finish, and material selections before work begins

We are not liable for delays or additional costs arising from inaccurate information or restricted access.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under UAE law:

• Our liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the value of the Services provided under the relevant booking or contract.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of use, loss of income, or loss of enjoyment of the property.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

10. Insurance and Property Protection

We take reasonable care to protect your property during our work, including the use of drop sheets and protective coverings. Please notify our team in advance of any items requiring special care. Claims for accidental damage should be reported to us within 48 hours of project completion so we can investigate and address them promptly.

11. Photos and Marketing

We may photograph completed projects for our portfolio, Site, and social media. If you do not wish your project to be featured, please let us know in writing before work begins, and we will exclude it from any marketing materials.

12. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., social media, WhatsApp, Google Maps). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third-party sites.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site or our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the laws and regulations of the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.
